All my mobile PHONES =)

Today I decided to tell you what phones I had starting from 1998.

My first phone I got in 1998 or 1999??... It was nokia! I remember how fun it was to play snake in it

After nokia, I bought motorola v500 cause I wanted something cute) And this phone reminded me of sea shell. It was 2004.

After motorola, I bought Sony Erickson in 2009. I thought it was cool, cause it opened unusual way) Also it looked like Nintendo WII game controller=)

In 2010 I really fall in love with sensor phones and bought girly pink Samsung

In 2010 when me and my man started to live together, I accidentally doused water on it when I was at work. After that, my man bought me Motorola D&G edition

But it was made from plastic and it had polyphonic sound, so same year I bought other Motorola

It was too manly and I presented it to my man. After that in 2011 I bought nokia n97, cause I fell in love with it when I was at friends house and she turned on music in it. I thought back then: "how cute little "notebook" style phone!
That same year in 2011 I got bored of nokia cause it just "looked" like notebook, but it had very slow system, nothing opened quickly and it was hard to read anything from browser cause text was small.
So I bought Iphone 4

I did not liked it first time when I touched it. It looked like black heavy peace of metal. It is making awful photos and there is anything girly in it.
So I sold it after 2 days using it. I started to search what phones Hollywood stars are using. And I found a lot of photos of Lady Gaga, Nicholas Cage, Charlize Theron etc.. using Blackberry! Also in a lot of movies stars had Blackberry phones. So I bought cutest of them: Curve

I am still using Blackberry, cause I bought Burberry cover on it and it so glamorous=) But I want to admit that is not better than motorola D&G. It is made of plastic and it has small screen.

In 2012 my man bought me second phone: nokia lamour edition cause he said that it is cute, it has leather on back and it is rear now days. I decided to left it as peace of antique, to show it 10 years later to my future kids.

At november 2012 I decided to say to myself: stop buying toys! Buy something that is practical. Something all in one: phone, notebook, good camera, music player, text editor etc...
To compete with notebooks, phone should have big screen (for using web)
To have great camera, phone should have Carl Zeiss lens.
To be good player, phone should have good dynamics and much memory..
To be good text editor it should have big screen.
So I bought Samsung Note

Now in 2013 battery hase become weaker and I decided to choose phone that is same as Note, if possible, even better! And my eye caught Nokia Lumia 920 . I know it does not look so special, super high tech or glamour, but in 21th century you can not live with device which can only make calls. You have to have in hand all the time device which has fast browser to access web, great camera to capture interesting moments, much memory on it, to have 1000 great songs in it...
So last week I bought Nokia Lumia and will receive it from finnish webstore this week=)

Did you noticed Nokia lumia in Jennifer Lopez music video? :D

  1. Aside from showing us the evolution of mobile phones people prefer in each passing year, you also shared the reasons why they buy them in the first place. It's actually a nice treat! Haha! Anyway, do you always sell your old phones when you decide to have a new one or do you keep them just for the sake of it? Selling them is more practical, so it's great to hear that you sold that one phone after realizing that it's not the right one for you.

    1. I sell old phones, cause I do not like to keep old stuff for 2 reasons: 1.there is no place for stuff that I am not using =) 2.it is not feng shui to keep stuff that you are not using in the house =)
