Welll....no more Olympic Goddessess! Lets find Goddesses not from Olympus mountain!

Amphitrite is wife of Poseidon/roman. Neptune God of the Seas and waters. Who would represent feminine version of Neptune if not his own wife?

Planet Neptune and Pisces zodiac sign are alla about illusions, fantasies, fairy tales, sixth sense, all what is hidden, secrets, sometimes even loneliness and shyness.....
Wife of Poseidon Amphitrite is all that things! She is not popular in Mythology stories, she is "hidden", just like 12th house in Astrological Natal Chart which is ruled by Neptune and is called house of Pisces.

Pisces Ascendant gives a girl black, often shiny hair, full lips and charming big deep eyes. 

Because Neptune is planet of illusions and if it is affecting your looks in astrology, then it will make person photogenic! (because Neptune is also planet that rules movies, photographs and music). 

(For example Neptune was strongly effecting looks of Marilyn Monroe and Adriana Lima has Pisces Ascendant).

Esterday I decided to start Greek Goddess vs Zodiac Signs series.
Everyone knows that planets in our solar system was named after Greek/Roman Goddesses...
But not all planets were named after Goddesses, but some after Gods.
I decided to find Goddess for every planet to match planets characteristics.

Welll....no more Olympic Goddessess! Lets find Goddesses not from Olympus mountain!

 Persephone was daughter of Demeter and Zeus. She was raised not on Oympus mountain, but with her mother on beautiful fields. Other 2 Goddesses were close friends of Proserpina and played with her most of their time. It was Athena and Artemis. That is why this picture is representing young (maybe 13year old) Persephone whom Artemis gave bow and Athena teached to be brave.

Why Persephone would be Leo? Well...she was raised on nature and mostly she is portraited to be blond and very beautiful. Hades fell in love with Persophone or maybe she fell in love with Hades? Because if she is Leo and Hades is Scorpio, then in astrology Leo wants to have family with Scorpio.

What comes to Scoprio, it is great to have Leo as partner if Scorpio wants fame and popularity.

Planet Sun gives amazing hair color to girl who has Leo Ascendant. Their hair color is like color of Sun itself! Also Leo Ascendant looks very elegant, proud, royal....

It is not strange that Hades wanted to have that kind of wife especially when all 3 main Gods Zeus, Poseidon and Hades had very beautiful wives! (Wife of Zeus Hera represents Taurus ruled by Venus planet, wife of Poseidon Amfitrite represents Pisces ruled by Neptune and wife of Hades represents Leo ruled by Sun). All 3 planets gives most beautiful looks! (read about that in previous article about Athene). 

Also Persephone can represent Sun, because in Mythology when she comes out of the Underworld to her mon Demeter, Sun comes out and Spring starts. So it is logical that if Persephone brings Sun with herself, she herself can represent Sun.

Her Sun is definitely in 8th house... 

Her 7th house is in Scorpio or Mars or Pluto are in 7th house. 

Her Moon is in 

Her Venus is in Scorpio

Well....Athena or Athene...is protector and ruler of city of Athens, she is Goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, mathematics, strength, war strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill...... a lot of things huh?!!!!

YEap! Why Athene would represent qualities f planet Jupiter and Sagittarius zodiac sign?

Because first of all she is Goddess of such a big list of things...it is sooo in nature of Jupiter (want more and more and expand).

Second thing is that Athene was born from Zeus/roman Jupiters forehead??!!! She was like a part of Zeus/Jupiter....like woman side of him! And as we all know that planet Jupiter was named after God Jupiter/Zeus.

Also the thing that Athene was born from forehead (Sagittarius Ascendant people have big forehead).

Also Athene became spoiled daughter in family, cause she was born to be Zauses daughter and Zeus is God of Gods. (That is another quality of Sagittarius: born to be lucky in life)

Athene is very famous in Mythology, there is a lot of stories about her....like Sagittarius zodiac sign! Sagittarius is one of 3 fire signs and fire sign don´t want to hide! Fire is so bright, that it is burning just to be noticed and who will not notice burning fire???

Also all that things that Athene is ruling in Mythology....all that things are qualities of either Sagittarius or planet Jupiter.

One more interesting fact about Athene is that in story about beautiful Goddesses, she was one of the 3 who believed to be most beautiful. Can Athene be beautiful? Other 2 Goddesses were Hera and Aphrodite (please read about them in my last articles). Planet that represents beauty itself is planet Venus. Venus is ruling Libra and Taurus zodiac signs. Aphrodite is representing Libra and Hera Taurus. So there can´t be any chance that this 2 Goddesses are not beautiful! Venus is exalted in Pisces and after planet Venus planets that give beauty are Sun and Neptune...That gives Pisces 2 points and makes them very attractive...they can even beat Libra and Taurus with their beauty. So Aphrodite and Hera can compete with other 2 Goddesses whom I did not wrote about yet, but NOT Athene!? Well...Yes! But the thing is that like I told before in past articles, every zodiac sign is ruled by 2 planets! Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and other ruler is Neptune, so that makes Sagittarius zodiac sign to be pretty. What comes to Sun, it doesn´t necessarily give "beauty" or "femininity", but it gives extra shine and radiance, with all that also huge charm and magnetism like planet Sun itself.

So in beauty list, signs that CAN compete in title "most beautiful" are Libra, Taurus, Pisces, Sagittarius and Leo. I would put Pisces on place 1, Leo on place 2 and Libra, Taurus and Sagittarius on place 3. That makes sense that Aphrodite, Hera and Athene are equally beautiful. And that 2 Goddesses who are more beautiful than them, just weren't near that dispute that time and are just not living on mountain Olympus.

Today I decided to start Greek Goddess vs Zodiac Signs series.

First time in this "Goddess series" I put photo of actress :) Yes, Keira looks so much like Artemis on this photo, though I know that this photo is taken from movie where she did not play any Goddess.

Artemis was daughter of Zeus and biological twin sister of Apollo (look family tree at the end of this page). Apollo is God of Sun and Artemis God of Moon. Sun is the Day, Moon is the Night. 

Moon is ruling zodiac sign Cancer. Other reason why Keira looks so perfect as Artemis is that because her Ascendant sign is Cancer (Ascendant shows appearance). Cancers external signs are dark hair, often wavy, sad eyes, full lips....

So that way Keira is PERFECT image of Artemis!

 In mythology Artemis is Goddess of Moon, wild animals, virginity, childbirth (before Eileithyia was not born), and hunting. All that things can be related to nature of the Moon and Cancer zodiac sign.
Cancer is most modest and shy zodiac sign of all... I am saying that all girls who have Sun in Cancer are like that! No! Sun is our soul! But our mind, our heart, our nature is different! All that things that describe Cancer can be seen in girl whose Ascendant is in Cancer or who has Moon in Cancer... Also if girl has Sun in Cancer and she doesn´t have strong signs and strong planets like Mars, Aries, Pluto, Uranus in her chart, then she will be Cancerian!

Artemis was virgin and was afraid of men, that is why she lived in the woods and was going on walk only at night time. This represents so much Cancers nature. If person has strong Cancer in its birth chart, then qualities like shyness, fear and suspiciousness become visible. 

Of course will not forget about good qualities of Moon and Cancer: it is love for children, kindness, calmness, romanticism, big love for family, love for home...

Her Sun is definitely in 12th house... 

Her 7th house is in Capricorn. 

Her Moon is air sign: Pisces, Virgo, Capricorn.

Eris is Goddess of chaos, strife and discord. She is best remembered from story about prince Paris whom Eris gave apple and asked to choose most beautiful Goddess.

Chaos, Strife and Discord belong to Pluto planet and Scorpio sign. Eris is one of 3 daughters of Zeus and Hera. Eris was never calm, she wanted adrenaline. She hated peace so much that she always was next to her brother Ares who were at war all the time (Planet Mars was named after God of War Ares/roman. Mars). 

In astrology Scorpio zodiac sign are ruled by both Pluto and Mars. 

Also it is said that Mars planet can only start war on our planet.... and after just leave people to decide to end it or to continue it. 

But Pluto is the planet that can come after Mars started war and keep it up. 

Eris was not all the time next to Ares! Eris can also give competition spirit to anyone and also Eris is said to institute warriors so they would want to fight. It is said that because of Eris, Troyan war started.

Scorpio itself is not "evil" zdiac sign. Scorpio is one of 3 water signs and water is very emotional. Emotion is the word that belongs to water element itself!

But if other 2 water signs Pisces and Cancer are calm (water is also calm and lazy), Scorpio is heated up by Pluto and Mars and that way emotions become "need for power". Scorpio tries to be different from other 2 water signs and wants to compete, wants to win and have power...that is why in process Scorpio can feel emotions like envy, depression and other emotions that come  to all people who are born lazy and after, decide that they want and need power.

Eilethyia is sooo hard to pronounce and remember how to write her name :D

All that "difficulties" and unusual and strange name is all what planet Uranus is all about.

Uranus is sight to future...everything new, new technology, new science, unusual professions, that is all Uranus.

Well...unusual name of that Goddess says that she can represent qualities of planet Uranus.

What else can say that?

Eileithyia is one of 3 daughters of Zeus and Hera. Since Zeus is often pictured with lightning, it is logical that one of his children can inherit that! Eileithyia is pictured to be surrounded by lightnings or just be very platinum blond flying. Well...lightnings, electricity, platinum color and flying : all that word describes Uranus planets qualities. 

In Mythology Eileithyia is Goddess of childbirth! Yes! How that belongs to Uranus planet or Aquarius?

Since Uranus and Aquarius are all that "new things", childbirth can be "new thing"...since new life comes from woman. 

Eileityhia was next to Zues when he was giving birth to Athene. Yes! HE was giving birth, not a woman! :) Well...all that "unusual" things is also soo Uranus.

Some sources say that Eileithyia is also Goddess f faith and that is logical! Because Uranus is called as "upper planet" and "post saturnian planet"...that is because it doesn't give just personality characteristics to person, it doesn´t care about one person, it cares about whole humanity and is controlling one decade at time. Also it is said that person who has strong planet Uranus in his chart and if that strong Uranus is personal in his chart, then that person can change his faith himself...Especially if Uranus is on Ascendant. Well..then that is logical that Eileithyia can relate to Uranus and Aquarius. 

 All zodiac signs have 2 ruler planets. Some astrologers don´t care about second ruler planet and they are right, but in some point second ruler gives zodiac sign very strong effect.
For example Aquarius is ruled by Uranus and second ruler is Saturn.
Saturn is planet of time, partly planet of faith.... Saturn is past, Uranus is future....so Aquarius is ruling both past and future right? ;) (P.S. I got very inspired this this picture)

Planet Mercury is ruling Gemini star sign. Mercury´s Greek name is Hermes. Hermes is young God who doesn´t want to grow up. He represents youth, playfulness, short love stories, communications...

Feminine version of Hermes is Hebe, one of 3 daughters of Hera and Zeus. 

Hebe ------------------ Gemini

Here are 3 daughters of Hera and Zeus: Hebe, Eileithyia and Eris. If Hebe represents Gemini, then Eileithyia Aquarius and Eris Scorpio.
Picture describes very well all 3 sisters!
Hebe is in the center....Hebe is youngest goddess, she is Goddess of youth in Mythology. As Gemini, Hebe is communicative and very close to her siblings, Gemini Ascendant often gives girl blond hair, blue eyes and little bit ratface (because Mercury God loves to steal things and was shameless).
Other sister who makes hair to Hebe on picture is definitely Eileithyia who represents Aquarius. Gemini and Aquarius are 2 of 3 air signs and that way understand each other perfectly and are very close friends. 3rd sister Eris represents Scorpio. As seen on picture Eris lies in-front of Hebe. In astrology Scorpio loves Gemini, Scorpio is keen to Gemini and feels good around Gemini. There might be disputes between Scorpio and Gemini, but that is why Eris is Goddess of chaos, strife and discord.

Gemini zodiac sign represents all things that every human being experiences at age 3-11. At that age everyone learns to talk,  goes to school first time, finds first friend...and a lot of things happens for the first time. That is why God Mercury is said to be a adult with child's mind and heart.
Since planet Mercury is "reading and learning", both signs ruled by Mercury: Virgo and Gemini are bookworms. If Mercury is responsible for your profession in Natal Chart, then you should choose job that contains communications, writing....journalist, columnist, tv-host, writer etc...

Both Hestia and Demeter are sisters of Hera whom I wrote about in last article.
All 3 "queen goddess" sisters represent Earth zodiac signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.

Hera is absolutely Taurus! Because Taurus values money, family and beauty...Hera is all that things.

What comes to Hestia and Demeter...it becomes harder to give zodiac sign to them.
Both Hestia and Demeter are very down to earth characters in Mythology.
Both are not lazy and love work exactly like earth signs Capricorn and Virgo.

Capricorn is ruled by planet Saturn...
Saturn is in Mythology father of both this goddesses.
Saturn planet is all about restrictions and both Goddesses have restrictions in their lives!
Demeters daughter was kidnapped and she in sorrow because of that (restriction)
And Hestia decides to be virgin and serve her brother Zeus and work for his household all her life (Saturn is also loneliness).
So who is Capricorn and who is Virgo?
Both planet Mercury and Saturn, and both signs Virgo and Capricorn are not fertile! They don't give children! OK! Hestia doesn't have children, she is lonely, her life is full of restrictions and all she does is work! That sounds like Capricorn, but Capricorn becomes very famous at second part of life...so she is not a Capricorn?
Ok...lets check effect of Demeters daughter on Demeter.
Proserpine daughter of Demeter represents Leo. Leo is for Virgo (if Demeter is Virgo) very close friend and Virgo cares very much about Leo...Virgo is happy to take care of Leo. So that makes sense that Demeter could be Virgo!  But if Demeter is Capricorn? Leo gives much power to Capricorn, joy of life and attachment. So Demeter could be also a Capricorn!

How would Hestias Natal Chart/Birth chart would look like?Her Sun could be in 6th house or in 12th house.

Her 7th house is in Capricorn

Her Moon is in Capricorn, Taurus, Cancer or Pisces

Her Venus  is in Aquarius

Planet Venus was named after Goddess of love and beauty Venus/Aphrodite.

Planet Venus is ruling 2 zodiac signs: Libra and Taurus.

Since first what comes to mind about word Venus is beauty and love....it is logical that both zodiac signs Libra and Taurus should represent beautiful Goddesses. 

Who are most beautiful Goddesses in Mythology? 

Lets remember story about man Paris whom Goddess Eris gave apple and asked to give it to MOST beautiful Goddess. Remember who he choose? He said most beautiful were Hera, Athena and Aphrodite. So it is logical that planet of beauty is ruling most beautiful zodiac signs Libra and Taurus and that both this zodiac signs should be represented by most beautiful Goddesses. So I think that Libra is Aphrodite and Taurus is Hera. Since Aphrodite has so much air air element in her nature and Hera has much earth element (Libra is air sign and Taurus earth sign).

Taurus is very much like Hera Goddess.
Taurus sign at Ascendant gives any girl beautiful thick brown hair, charming calm, kind big eyes and very womanly figure (big breast and big bottom)! (Of course genes can give same eyes and hair type as moms, but figure will always be feminine)

What comes to nature of Taurus person...

Hera was born as Goddess, she was born to be wife of Zeus and be Goddess of all Goddesses. 

Maybe that thing spoiled her! Because when girl is born in rich family, she has everything, she don´t have to choose career or husband...everything is choosed for her and she just enjoys life.

That makes girl spoiled and she thinks that if she gets everything easily, then everything should be in her way! Everything!

Taurus is everything like Hera!

Taurus represents money in astrology...also what you have in life and how you enjoy life.

Taurus is down to earth signs, cause it is one of 3 earth signs...but other 2 earth signs Capricorn and Virgo love to work and do career...Taurus is exception! Taurus goes to work only to get money and money it needs only to spend it for itself...like for food, massages, vocations...

Also Taurus is stubborn! It is bull! As all know...Hera was stubborn, she was not easy by nature..she punished easily and did not regret!

Today I decided to start Greek Goddess vs Zodiac Signs series.
Everyone knows that planets in our solar system was named after Greek/Roman Goddesses...
But not all planets were named after Goddesses, but some after Gods.
I decided to find Goddess for every planet to match planets characteristics.

Part 1

Planet Venus was named after Goddess of love and beauty Venus/Aphrodite.

Planet Venus is ruling 2 zodiac signs: Libra and Taurus.

This article is about first ruler sign of planet Venus: Libra zodiac sign. Next will be about second ruler sign: Taurus zodiac sign.

Since first what comes to mind about word Venus is beauty and love....it is logical that both zodiac signs Libra and Taurus should represent beautiful Goddesses. 

Who are most beautiful Goddesses in Mythology? 

Lets remember story about man Paris whom Goddess Eris gave apple and asked to give it to MOST beautiful Goddess. Remember who he choose? He said most beautiful were Hera, Athena and Aphrodite. So it is logical that planet of beauty is ruling most beautiful zodiac signs Libra and Taurus and that both this zodiac signs should be represented by most beautiful Goddesses. So I think that Libra is Aphrodite and Taurus is Hera. Since Aphrodite has so much air air element in her nature and Hera has much earth element (Libra is air sign and Taurus earth sign).

Libra is very much like Aphrodite Goddess.
Libra sign at Ascendant gives any girl blond hair, blue eyes, charming smile! (Of course genes can give same hair color as moms and same eye color as moms, but smile will always be charming (Hollywood smile) with all 32 teeth!)

What comes to nature of Libra person...

Libra is everything like Aphrodite...

Aphrodite had many lovers, not because she was a slut, but because she loved communications and was addicted to relationships...

Libra girl also can´t live without communications and needs relationships and family!

Almost every Libra Ascendant girl tries to get married at young age and give birth to many children.

Why?

Because of all her men, she was in love only with Ares/Mars God. And Mars/Ares was God of War.

How would Aphrodites Natal Chart/Birth chart would look like?Her Sun is definitely in 7th house... 

Her 7th house is in Aries or Mars could be in Aries and be in 8th house or in 7th house. 

Her Moon is air sign: Libra, Aquarius or Gemini. 

Her Venus is in Aries. 

Also some of this planets can be in 5th house...like Venus or Mercury for example.

Fact about VENUS

OK....Some days ago I wrote FACT about Mercury planet.

Now It is time for another fact...this time about Venus planet.

In fact only Mercury and Venus have this situations. Other planets in our Solar System work normally and have all sorts of aspects...Conjunctions, Squares, Oppositions....

But this 2 planets are veeery close to Sun and can not really "run" from Sun.

Soo....Venus is planet that gives us feelings. All what we feel is from Venus.
Venus is after Mercury closest planet to Sun. It can be from Sun maximum only 45 degrees.
What that mean? It means that Venus like Mercury can not make Opposition, Squares, Trines or Sextiles to Sun! It can make ONLY Conjunction.
And what that mean? That means that our feelings NEVER can disturbe or ruin our soul (the Sun).
Neither our feelings can "help" our Soul to be more balanced!
Venus Conjuntion to Sun only can make our feelings stronger or Sun can burn Venus and that way we can seem cold at heart or opposite seek pleasure all the time anywhere.

Fact about MERCURY

Decided to tell you one fact about Mercury planet which you may not knew.

(As you know Mercury shows in our birth chart the way we think)

After this fact, you will say "Oh My Gosh!"

Ok....ready?

Here we go.....

Since planet Mercury is closest planet to Sun, it can´t move far away from Suns zodiac sign.
Sooo...Mercury moves ALWAYS next to Sun and that way many people have same Sun and Mercury sign!!! Yes, Really! :)
That is why MAAAANYYYY people believe what they read in magazines "month, year and day horoscopes".... because if Mercury is in same sign as Sun, they THINK same way as Suns sign.
BUT! Not all people have Mercury in same sign. Mercury CAN move only to next or previous sign, so if for example you were born in beginning of October and that way Sun was in Libra...since Mercury is closest planet to Sun...it will stay in same sign...so Mercury will be in Libra too... OR depends if Mercury is fast or slow...it can run faster than Sun and go to Scorpio sign...or be slow and be in Virgo sign.
But since all my family have Mercury in same sign as Sun...(except me)..I believe that most of people have it in same sign.
Also I believe that people who say "I do not believe in astrology, are those who have Sun and Mercury in neighbor signs. Cause for example if person is born in beginning of March (so its Sun was in Pisces), and persons Mercury was not in Pisces, but it were faster than Sun and went to Aries sign...Sooo..this person reads in magazine "weekly horoscope" for Pisces, he/she will not find similarities to him/her. Because his way of thinking is Arieses way of thinking and only his Sun (his Soul) is in Pisces. So that person will says "I don´t believe in astrology!"

Also other fact is that since Mercury is closest planet to Sun, it can´t move to opposite sign or  ...and that way can´t make Oppositions, Squares, Sextiles or other Aspects to Sun! It can make ONLY Conjunction!
That EXPLAINS that people are stable the way they think...Because if Mercury could make Oppositions or Sqaures to Sun...it would mean that our mind would be our souls enemy! People would always think opposite from our souls wishes and that would destroy our souls and that way destroy Sun.
